1. General Overview
Iron Sagebrush is a small-batch clothing brand. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Because we operate on a "print-on-demand" model, each item is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order.
Production Time: Please allow time for production in addition to standard shipping times.
Inventory: We do not hold physical inventory. As such, all sales are processed and printed by our third-party fulfillment partners.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Timelines: Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
Liability: Iron Sagebrush is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Given the made-to-order nature of our apparel:
Returns: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or sizing issues, as each shirt is printed to order.
Damaged/Defective Goods: If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work to provide a replacement or a refund for the defective item.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, including the "Iron Sagebrush" logo and custom artwork (such as our rattlesnake-themed designs), are the exclusive property of Iron Sagebrush. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these designs is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Iron Sagebrush is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
