Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026

At Iron Sagebrush, each item is printed on demand specifically for your order. We want you to be happy with your gear, and if something isn’t right, we want to hear about it.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is a different item or size from what you ordered, contact chris@ironsagebrush.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After we review your photos and confirm the problem, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund.

Returns & Changes of Mind

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind, color preferences, or minor color differences between your screen and the actual product.

We don’t offer standard size exchanges, but we do offer the one-time fit correction described below.

One-Time Fit Correction

Ordering clothes online can be tricky, and sizing can vary between products and suppliers. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

If you ordered your usual size and the fit is off, contact me directly at Chris@IronSagebrush.com with your order number and a description of the fit issue.

We offer a one-time fit correction. We’ll discuss the available solution and confirm any costs, shipping arrangements, or return requirements with you before proceeding.

Please work with us, and we’ll work with you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Iron Sagebrush is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are not received. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in coordinating with the carrier.

Cancellations

Because our fulfillment process begins almost immediately or shortly after an order is submitted, we can only accept order cancellations within 10 minutes of purchase. Please email us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order.
